This step is crucial to anticipate technical and organizational challenges before engaging the transition.
Once the analysis is complete, we develop a document describing the target state, including the AWS architecture and application. We define the migration strategy, select the appropriate cloud services and tools, and plan the project phases. The goal is to build a clear and structured plan, ensuring an efficient and aligned transition based on your business priorities.
Once the Design is validated, we deploy the cloud infrastructure according to the defined architecture. We create the necessary environments (development, pre-production, production as needed), configure the networks, security and required services. This step includes, where possible, automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to ensure consistency, traceability and fast deployments. The goal is to build a reliable, secure and scalable foundation.
We migrate your data and applications to the cloud environments according to the approved design, ensuring compatibility and service continuity. This phase includes configuring interconnections, managing dependencies and integrating third-party tools. We apply AWS best practices to ensure security, performance and compliance. Objective: ensure a smooth integration, without major impact on your operations.
Before the final cutover, we perform complete tests to validate the following points: functionality, performance, stability and security. This phase includes functional, load, disaster recovery and compliance tests. We fix any anomalies and optimize the configuration if necessary. Objective: ensure a reliable, production-ready environment without surprises.
Once the validations are completed, we proceed with the cutover of systems and data to the target cloud environment. This step is carefully planned to minimize service disruption and ensure business continuity.
